Just a quick note to thank you for the great advice and booking assistance you provided during our recent trip to Italy.  The Esperidi Resort near Sorrento was delightful.  The newly renovated room was spotless and comfortable.  In addition, the “Mach II” turned out to be a handy “last stop” near the airport in Rome. 

We had been using the Rick Steve’s book as a source of hotel information.  He has some great travel trips, but every hotel and B&B he recommended ended up being booked by the time we called.  Thanks for your assistance especially your willingness to return our phone calls.  Your help was very much appreciated.
