IMPORTANT If you attempt to travel on your "No-Fee" Official U.S. Passport, (Red-sponsor or blue-dependant) you run the risk of being denied entry to the country you are visiting.  You will be sent on a return flight to Italy at your own expense and there will be NO REFUND.  MILITARY MEMBERS/DOD CIVILIANS AND DEPENDENTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO TRAVEL ON THEIR "NO-FEE" or OFFICIAL PASSPORT AT ALL WHILE ON LEAVE STATUS. You can only take your personal vacation using your personal U.S. Tourist Passport (the one without the visa and overseas disclaimer on the last page).
